Rates and Payments
My rate for private lessons depends upon where the lessons are conducted. At your home or mine, it is $20 per half hour, but at a rented studio room (at a local music store, for example), it will be slightly more (usually about $5-10). Lesson fees are due at the beginning of the month and are payable in advance by cash or check. Lesson fees reserve the lesson time. Regular attendance is crucial, but I realize some scheduling conflicts are inevitable. Please notify me at the beginning of the month of any planned absences, and I will not bill you for those lessons. Missed lessons due to illness or other unplanned absences are non-refundable.
